Project Overview

Cecin Biošpajz is an online store selling healthy food products. Over time, the site had become slow and unstable because it relied on dozens of free plugins that conflicted with each other. We first fixed the most urgent compatibility issues, then rebuilt the site with the same look and feel but a much cleaner technical setup based on custom plugins.

Goals

  • Keep the same familiar design for customers, but make the site stable.

What We Did

  • Redesign and rebuild on WordPress
    Recreated the existing design on a fresh, clean WordPress install so customers see the same store, but with better performance and reliability in the background.
  • Custom plugin development
    Replaced around 60 free plugins with 3 custom plugins that cover only what the store actually needs. This reduced conflicts, simplified updates, and gave full control over key features.
  • Admin workflow optimization
    Designed the custom functionality so store administrators can work faster-fewer clicks, clearer options, and less chance to “break” something by accident.
