Project Overview

Onlinea is a national online pharmacy that needed more than a simple WooCommerce shop. We built a custom WordPress storefront fully integrated with the pharmacy’s ERP and a suite of custom PHP plugins for pricing, discounts, and bundles. On top of that, we implemented automated reporting for stock and finance, and a full-funnel marketing system across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email.

What We Did

  • Custom WordPress store with ERP integration
    Designed and developed a pharmacy-ready storefront connected directly to the ERP, so stock, prices, and orders stay in sync without manual work.
  • Custom PHP plugins for CRO & LTV
    Built custom plugins to handle advanced discount logic, upsells, product bundles, and promotion rules. This lets the team run campaigns without breaking margins or the user experience.
  • Full-funnel marketing (Google, Meta, email)
    Implemented a full-funnel strategy: Google Ads and Meta Ads for acquisition, plus email flows for remarketing and retention, all aligned to pharmacy categories, brands, and customer segments.
  • Analytics & automated reporting
    Set up Tag Manager, Analytics, and Search Console, then built automated reports that combine ad spend, sales, and stock/finance data so the management team can make decisions with real numbers, not guesses.
