Project Overview

Aquadecor produces and sells fully handmade 3D aquarium backgrounds, plants, wood, and decor elements to customers around the world. Their products are custom-built and visually unique, so every order can be different. We helped them build a digital system that supports that kind of business: a website experience that can price custom backgrounds, a paid media engine that brings in new buyers at scale, and analytics/reporting that shows which channels are actually generating revenue.

    Designed and developed a WordPress store with a PHP calculator so buyers can enter tank dimensions and instantly see an estimated price for a handmade 3D background.
  • Paid acquisition with Google Shopping & Search
    Ran Shopping for prospecting and Search for brand and high-intent keywords, bringing in new international buyers who are actively looking for realistic aquarium decor.
  • Tracking, analytics & automated reporting
    Set up Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console, and Merchant Center, then built an automated report that shows ad spend, traffic, and sales performance in one place.
  • Retention, SEO & funnels
    Implemented Brevo email automations, SEO improvements, and structured lead/sales funnels to increase average order value and lifetime value from each customer.
